Joy Ofuzor is a dedicated legal practitioner who was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2019. She began her legal career in a litigation focused firm, where she gained substantial experience handling a wide range of matters, including property disputes, criminal defense, and civil litigation. This formative period provided her with a solid foundation in courtroom advocacy and sharpened her skills in managing complex, contentious legal issues.

Currently a Senior Associate at Adesokan & Adesokan, Joy’s practice has evolved to focus on regulatory compliance, trademark registration, intellectual property, and corporate commercial law. She advises clients on due diligence and regulatory frameworks, oversees brand protection strategies, and supports corporate transactions with a strong emphasis on legal precision and commercial insight.

Alongside her professional work, Joy is actively pursuing her interest in energy law and labour law. Her expanding expertise reflects a deep commitment to continuous learning and to staying ahead of emerging legal trends.
