Yetunde has developed excellent client relationship which enables her to anticipate potential legal and policy issues within their businesses as well as provide workable solutions.

She recently advised a leading beverage company on the protection of its worldwide intellectual property rights. She was part of the team that advised a global top 4 smart card production company in establishing a subsidiary in Nigeria. The mandate included, incorporation, and drafting and reviewing various loan and equity agreements between the client and its funders and equity holders. She recently advised a leading VTU and online data recharge company in its capital raising exercise. Her responsibilities included drafting the requisite documentation and procuring regulatory approvals for the exercise. She regularly provides support for startups requiring advisory assistance.
