Adesola Ajayi is an industrious and excellent lawyer with an eye for detail. She is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Commercial, Employment, Telecommunications, and Intellectual Property Departments with a keen interest in start-ups and emerging entities.

Adesola was part of a team that advised one of the world’s leading smartcard production company in establishing a subsidiary in Nigeria. The mandate included advising on the shareholding structure, financing and funding options and capital importation, with guarantees of ease of reparation of capital and dividends. Adesola also assisted with procuring all regulatory permits and licenses required by law to operate in Nigeria.

She regularly engages in copyright protection mandates for clients. Her mastery of the laws and regulations on labour matters is a major asset for the firm's clients in their labour related issues. Sola also provides advice to clients in the creative industry in terms of protecting their copyrights, licensing and royalties.
